Strange how I falter, to find I'm standing in deep water.

Today is my birthday, July 13. I’m 45 years old. I’m very happy to be here, for lots of definitions of the word “here,” including “this time in human history,” no matter how challenging it is. I know beliefs are many and various, but I like to think that I really wanted to be here, now. I said, “Put me in coach! This is the big pivot! I can’t miss it!”
